Just want to say a few quick words about the amazingly rewarding, loving and innovative wknd I got to experience with countless other green enthusiasts at this past wknds Green Festival.

It was an awesome display of truly inspiring, creative, resourceful and fun concepts, services and products from all the participating vendors and all participants. I got to meet some really wonderful people, both learning and sharing what it means to be sustainably conscious. Some of the main highlights included speakers: Paul Stamets, the mushroom man or mycologist; Alice Walker, need I say more?; vendors: the Green Office (Alex Szabo and Garrett Miller), Natural Logic (David Jaber - though he didn't have much of an audience when he spoke with the Green Office, he really knows his industry and I look forward to speaking/working with him in the future), the Blue Sky team (can't wait until these guy's are servicing the entire state of CA and beyond!), iReuse (again, can't wait to see these services throughout the state), Livity Outernational (stunning hemp products and one of the coolest innovators of new recycled textiles). Other noteables included: IdealBite.com, Lime.com, EcoTalk.net, Ecohaul.com, and the Green Business Program.
